Home care workers in Nevada are the only workers entitled to state minimum wage, except for live-in workers. All others are entitled to the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.

Nevada state minimum wage is set at $1 above than the federal minimum wage, or $8.25 an hour, for workers who do not receive health insurance benefits through their employers. For workers whose employers do provide health insurance benefits, the minimum wage is $7.25 an hour.
