Membership Checklist

It just takes a few minutes to become an NDWA member. To sign up you will need:

• ✔️ Your email address
• ✔️ A credit or debit card. If you don’t have either of those, you can use a pre-paid card that you can purchase at a convenience store.
  
  **NOTE: your beneficiary(ies) should have a valid ITIN, SSN or EIN in order to claim the life insurance benefit.
• ✔️ The name, address and phone number of the person(s) you would like to name as your life insurance beneficiary(ies).

Once you have those things ready, you can start your membership.
